Jerry W. Guffey, age 65, of Leitchfield, KY., passed away at his residence on Monday, January 21, 2013.

Mr. Guffey was a member of Clarkson Methodist Church, member of the Republican Party and a local Attorney.

He was the son of the late Riley W. and Lena Burchett Guffey.

Mr.Guffey is survived by his wife, Sharon Spencer Guffey; one son, Wes Guffey and one daughter, Mysha Leigh Thompson.

Other survivors include four Grandchildren, two Step- Grandchildren and one Step Great-grandchild, four Brothers; Bill Guffey, Keith Guffey, Joe Guffey and Charlie Guffey, and three Sisters; Lois Ann Newton, Janet Guffey and Helen Willen.

Visitation will be held at Rogers-Oller Funeral Home on Thursday from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m. and Friday from 12 noon until 8 p.m. Visitation will continue at Clarkson Methodist Church at 9 a.m.

Funeral services will be held at Clarkson Methodist Church at 11 a.m. on Saturday, January 26, with Rev. Ron Lewis officiating.

Burial will be in the Little Clifty Methodist Cemetery in Big Clifty.
