Cleon K. Logsdon, 56, of Falls of Rough, passed away Wednesday, January 9, 2013 at the Twin Lakes Regional Medical Center in Leitchfield.

He was born on April 11, 1956 in Grayson County, the son of the late Wilburn and Velena (Butler) Logsdon. He worked at Escue’s Wood Preserving for more than 24 years. Cleon was a member at Broadway Missionary Baptist Church and also the Short Creek Masonic Lodge.

He is survived by his wife, Arzetta Logsdon, one daughter, Heather Logsdon, and one son, David Woolen, all of Falls of Rough; his mother Velena Logsdon, of Leitchfield; six brothers, William, Wink, Larry, Robert, Freck and Donnie; six sisters, Betty Miliam, Carol Russell, Ronella Sanders, Teresa Logsdon, Anita Schroerlucke, and Nedra Foreman; one special nephew, Brian Logsdon and several other nieces and nephews.

Other than his father, Wilburn Logsdon, he was preceded in death by his daughter, Rachel Woolen, and two sisters, Myrtle and Ethel.

Funeral services will be Saturday, January 12, 2013 at 11 a.m. at the Dermitt-Joyce Funeral Home in Caneyville. Bro. Darrell Snyder will be officiating. Burial will be in the McGrady Creek Cemetery.

Friends may call at the Dermitt-Joyce Funeral Home in Caneyville Friday after 3 p.m. and Saturday from 9 a.m. until time of service.
