Services for Sharon Seitz will be at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at the Schindewolf Stevens Stout Funeral Home in Kenton by Pastor Charles M. Horn. Burial will be in Grove Cemetery in Kenton.

She died at 6:54 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 17, 2012 at her home.

She was born Oct. 24, 1949 in Kentucky to Leo and Golda (Salings) Meredith. On May 5, 1972 she married Ronald Seitz in Kenton and he survives.

Also surviving are two sons, Tim (Emily) Seitz and Ryan Seitz, both of Kenton; a daughter, Renee Lozano of Kenton; five grandchildren, Jacob and Evan Lozano, Devin and Cody Wilson and Paige Seitz; a sister, Linda (Coy) Newton of Leitchfield, Ky.; two brothers, Mendel (Judy) Meredith and Eules Meredith, both of Leitchfield, Ky. and nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by three sisters, Priscilla Varner, Betty Pfeiffer and Ann Johnson and five brothers, Gurmon, Alton, Alvin, Dale and James Meredith.

She was a homemaker.

She loved flower gardening and rescuing animals.

In lieu of flowers the family asks donations be made to St. Rita’s Hospice.
