Carla N. Heninger, age 50, of Cub Run, KY passed away Monday, October 1, 2012 at the T. J. Samson Community Hospital in Glasgow, KY.

She was born on January 18, 1962 in Louisville, the daughter of Carl and Peggy Wilson Heninger. She was self-employed and a member of Anetta United Baptist Church.

She is survived by one son, David (Bo) Falk IV, of Cub Run,\; one sister, Pam Doyle, of Mammoth Cave; her mother, Peggy Cummings, of Cub Run; her father and his wife, Carl and Patty Heninger, of IN,\; one step-sister, JoAnn Wakeland, two step brothers, Walter Lee Thompson and his wife Jane, and Dave Thompson and his wife Mary Jane.

She was preceded in death by one daughter ,Raven Welch, and one brother, Wayne Thomas.

Funeral services were held Thursday, October 4, 2012, at the Dermitt-Joyce Funeral Home in Caneyville, with Bro. Randall Kessinger officiating. Cremation followed.
