Deward “Chip” Logsdon Jr., 36, of Bowling Green, passed away Sunday, September 23, 2012 at his residence.
He was the son of the late Deward Thomas Logsdon and his mother who survives. Virginia Carol Logsdon, and his step-father, Danny Decker of Caneyville, KY.
Chip was a loving son, husband and father who loved his children dearly. He is survived by his wife of nine years, Danielle Logsdon, of Bowling Green; a son, Jack Thomas, and a daughter, Molly Kay, both of Bowling Green; four sisters, Diane Evans ( Ron), of Jeffersonville, IN, Tonya Guyton (Robert), of Bowling Green, Tina Morton ( Wallace Jr.), of Cub Run, KY, and Sandy Decker, of Caneyville; a brother, David Logsdon (Penny), of Leitchfield, KY. Nieces and nephews include Samantha Whobrey, Jeremy Logsdon, Taylor Logsdon, Steven Clements, Sarah Miller, Pristina Miller and Rebecca Fulkerson.
He was preceded in death by a sister, Denise Miller.
Funeral services were held Thursday, September 27, 2012 at the J. C.by & Sions, Lovers Lane Chapel, in Bowling Green. Burial was at the Williams Cemetery in Grayson County..
