Marshall Law, aka Kenneth Wayne Oller, age 57, of Nashville, TN, died Wednesday Sept. 5th 2012 in Nashville.

He was born on September 11, 1954, the son of Stoy and Mary Mudd Oller.

He was a singer and musician and a truck driver and was a member of Leitchfield First General Baptist Church.

He was preceded in death by his son, Shanon Oller, and father, Stoy Oller.

Survivors include his mother, Mary Oller Stevenson, and step-father Raymond Stevenson, of Leitchfield; his brother, J.R. Oller, of Elizabethtown; his step-brothers and sisters, Jerry, Danny and Joe Stevenson and Rita Elmore and Rogena Pank.

Funeral services will b held at 1 p.m. (cst) on Saturday, September 8, 2012 at the Dermitt Funeral Home in Leitchfield, Kentucky. Bro. Rudd Kerr will be officiating. Burial will be in the South Union Cemetery.

Visitation will be at the Dermitt Funeral Home from 12 noon to 9 p.m. cst on Friday and from 9 a.m. Saturday until time of service.
