James Wayne Alvey, age 47,of Munfordville, passed away Thursday, July 26, 2012 at his residense.
He was born October 5, 1964 in Glasgow. He was a college graduate with a degree in Computer Graphic Design and an Associate in Science. He was a member of St. Benedict Catholic Church.
He is survived by two daughters, Leslie Hodge and Chelsey Kipper; two sons, Joey Alvey and Alex Kerr; a brother, James Carmen Alvey; two sisters, Lisa Michelle Alvey and Tammy Jeanette Hoben; three grandchildren, three nephews, three nieces, and several aunts and uncles.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Hurley and Betty Jane Blair Alvey, and his grandparents, Elza and Dorothy Alvey, and Alvie and Francise Blair.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday, August 1, 2012 at 1 p.m. at St. Benedict Catholic Church with Rev. Brian Johnson officiating. Cremation was chosen
