Edward Carl Bouvier, age 55, of Leitchfield, passed away Thursday, July 12, 2012, at the Twin Lakes Regional Medical Center in Leitchfield, Kentucky
He was born on July 1, 1957, in Louisville, Kentucky, the son of the late Neva Jean Bouvier.
He is survived by his wife Ramona Bouvier; two daughters, Amanda Lucas (William), of Leitchfield, and Tabitha Bruner of Harned; two sons, Christopher Green (Tara), of Hudson, KY and Patrick Green (Holly), of Clarkson; nine grandchildren also survive.
Other than his mother, he was preceded in death by an infant son, Anthony Bouvier.
Cremation was chosen. A Memorial Service will be held at a later date.
