Delores Ann Belcher, age 75, of Leitchfield, passed away Wednesday, May 2, 2012, at the Grayson Manor Nursing Home in Leitchfield.

She was born on February 13, 1937, in Ramsey, Indiana, the daughter of the late William Homer and Gertrude Berkenmeyer Gray. She was a line worker for Robinson Nugent and the Floyd County School System and was a member of the Falls of Rough Baptist Church.

She is survived by four sons, Roger Belcher (Wanda), of Hopkinsville, Larry Belcher, of Louisville, Gary Belcher (Darlene), of Bowling Green, and Paul Belcher (Rheaetta), of Leitchfield; one brother, Donnie Gray (Merle), of Jeffersonville, IN; two sisters, Helen Daily, of New Albany, IN, and Sharon, of Indiana; two brothers-in-law, Donald and Richard Belcher, both of New Albany, IN; and two sisters-in-law, Barbara Harlow and Kay Andres also of New Albany, IN. Ten grandchildren and three great-grandchildren also survive.

Other than her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Dencil Belcher, two brothers, Gene and Billy Gray, four brothers-in-law, Paul, Loren “Bob”, Charles and Willard Belcher and three sisters-in-law, Betty Webb, Bonnie Schneider and Freida Loman.

Cremation was chosen. A Memorial Service will be held at 4 p.m. Saturday, May 5, 2012, at the Falls of Rough Baptist Church and a Committal Service will be held on Monday, May 7, 2012 at the Palmyra Cemetery, in Palmyra, Indiana.
