Judy Ann Lamons-Hicks, age 61 of Covington, Louisiana, passed away Thursday, February 7, 2013 at her residence.

She was born July 19, 1951 in Huntsville, Alabama, the daughter of Morris and Helen Upton Lamons.

She is survived by two sons, Sim Coley, of Covington, LA, and Adam Coley, of Madisonville, TN; one sister, Deborah Lamons, of Leitchfield, KY; three grandchildren, Brittany, Cody, and Tiffany Coley, all of Georgia; one great-grandchild, Sierra Howard, of Georgia; her companion of 18 years, James Stone, of Covington, LA; two nieces , and four nephews.

Other than her parents, she was preceded in death by two brothers, Phillip and Tracy Lamons and one sister, Susan Meckley.

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m., Wednesday, February 13, 2013, at the Watson & Hunt Funeral Chapel in Leitchfield with Bro. Charlie Smith officiating. Burial will be in the McGrew Cemetery, in Anneta.

Visitation will be held from 10 a.m. until service time on Wednesday at the funeral home.

In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy can be made in the form of donations to help with the funeral expenses.
