Clerk releases 3 more indictments

The Grayson County Grand Jury returned 21 indictments during the July session but only released 10 because of outstanding warrants. The following are indictments that were released this week.

•Jody Mercer, 35, was indicted for manufacturing methamphetamine and first degree-persistent felony offense for offenses allegedly committed on May 24. He was also indicted for first-degree possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine), possession of drug paraphernalia, tampering with physical evidence and first-degree persistent felony offender for offenses allegedly committed on February 19.

•Jeffrey M. Dockery, 25, was indicted for trafficking in a controlled substance (morphine), trafficking in a controlled substance (oxycontin), trafficking in a controlled substance (methadone).

Roderick E. Aldridge, 48, was indicted for trafficking in a controlled substance (morphine).

Editor’s Note: An indictment is an allegation only. All defendants are innocent until proven guilty.
