He was a member of Mt. Pleasant Baptist Church, a United States Marine recruit, avid UK fan and basketball player, and loving father, son, and brother.
He was preceded in death by his father, Cecil Lane Mudd, grandmother, Marilyn Elms, and aunt, Kim Vance.
He is survived by his mother, Cathy Elms Mudd of Simpsonville, daughter, Haley Nicole Mudd of Mt. Washington, brother Jason Mudd of Simpsonville, sister, Laney Mudd of Louisville, brother, Aaron Mudd of Ft. Campbell, grandfather, Raymond Elms of Louisville, and one niece, Cassidy, and two nephews, Dylan and Tristan.
Funeral services are 7 p.m. Thursday at the Shannon Funeral Home with Rev. Bill Taylor officiating. Visitation is 12 noon till time of service at the funeral home.
Expressions of sympathy may be made to Mt. Pleasant Baptist Church, the Haley Nicole Mudd Trust Fund, or towards Beau Kinzy Mudd’s funeral expenses
