Seven indictments released

The Grayson County Grand Jury returned 12 indictments but only released seven names pending warrants being served on the other five.

• Robert L Grant, b, 1978, of Leitchfield was indicted for possession of a controlled substance in the first degree (methamphetamine) and first-degree persistent felony offender.

• Shawn T. King, b, 1977, of Leitchfield was indicted for possession of a controlled substance in the first degree (methamphetamine), operating a motor vehicle while under the influence, first offense and first-degree persistent felony offender.

• Corey C. Williams, 1987, of Leitchfield was indicted for possession of a controlled substance in the first degree (methamphetamine).

• Frank L. Magolis, b, 1969, of Caneyville was indicted for manufacturing methamphetamine and first-degree persistent felony offender.

• Vernon P. Huff, b, 1979, of Leitchfield was indicted for theft by unlawful taking or disposition of property valued at $500 or more and tampering with physical evidence.

• Michael T. Rough, b, 1950, of Clarkson was indicted for second-degree unlawful imprisonment, first-degree wanton endangerment and fourth-degree assault (domestic violence with injuries).

• Brittany N. Bratcher, b, 1989, of Leitchfield, was indicted for possession of a controlled substance in the first degree (methamphetamine).
