Seven indicted by grand jury

The Grayson County Grand Jury returned seven indictments during its May session but only five of those have been released As of press time on Tuesday warrants have not been served on the remaining two.

• Jamie R. Saltsman, 33, of Leitchfield was indicted for manufacturing methamphetamine and first- degree persistent felony offender

• Carolyn J. Ritchey, 37, of Leitchfield was indicted for possession of a controlled substance and possess of drug paraphernalia.

• Jonathan McStoots, 21, of Big Clifty, was indicted for first-degree possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine), possession drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana.

• Walter A. Higgs, 19, of Clarkson, was indicted for first-degree complicity to burglary, receiving stolen property (firearm), receiving stolen property and tampering with physical evidence.

• Aubrey D, Russell, 27, of Leitchfield, was indicted for third-degree burglary, theft by unlawful taking or disposition of property valued less than $500, cruelty to animals and first-degree persistent felony offender.
