Meth continues to dominate grand jury

For the third month in a row methamphetamine charges dominate the indictments handed down by the Grayson County Grand Jury. During the April session the grand jury indicted eight individuals.

• Carrie Vaugh, 39, of Leitchfield, was indicted for manufacturing methamphetamine

• Jonathan D. Parks, 34, of Caneyville, was indicted for manufacturing methamphetamine

and first -degree persistent felony offender

• Austin d. Doyle, 31, of Leitchfield, was indicted for manufacturing methamphetamine

and public intoxication controlled substance

• Thomas J. Lindsey, 23, of Leitchfield, was indicted for manufacturing methamphetamine

• James C. Duke, 30, of Caneyville, was indicted for manufacturing methamphetamine

• Charles E. Cann, 27, of Clarkson, was indicted for second offense manufacturing methamphetamine

• Marcus W. Denham, 42, of Caneyville was indicted for (two counts) first-degree sexual abuse of a victim less than 12- years- old and ( four counts) first- degree sodomy of a victim less than 12- years- of- age.

• Edward L. Whobrey, 23, of Caneyville was indicted for first- degree possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and second- degree persistent felony offender
