Meth dominates grand jury

The Grayson County Grand Jury returned 22 indictments during the March session.

•James Willoughby, 38 of Falls of Rough, was indicted for manufacturing methamphetamine and second-degree persistent felony offender.

•Mary D. Willis, 34 of Clarkson, was indicted for manufacturing methamphetamine, possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine) and possession of drug paraphernalia.

•Matthew K. Gibson, 25 of Clarkson, was indicted for trafficking in a controlled substance (hydrocodone) enhanced by possession of a firearm, first-degree possession of a controlled substance (oxycodone), carrying a concealed weapon, possession of drug paraphernalia and first offense operating a motor vehicle under the influence.

•Mary B. Lucas, 30 of Cub Run, was indicted for manufacturing methamphetamine and tampering with physical evidence.

•Lindsey R. Decker, 20 of Clarkson, was indicted for facilitation of manufacturing methamphetamine.

•Tonya H. Decker 40 of Clarkson, was indicted for facilitation of manufacturing methamphetamine.

•Ricky L. Willis, 39 of Clarkson, was indicted for manufacturing methamphetamine, possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine), possession of drug paraphernalia and first- degree persistent felony offender.

•Thomas W. Niedrich, 45 of Leitchfield, was indicted for manufacturing methamphetamine and second-degree persistent felony offender

•Charles Clemons. 28 of Leitchfield, was indicted for rear license not illuminated, first-degree fleeing or evading the police, manufacturing methamphetamine, third-degree criminal mischief, third-degree possession of a controlled substance (clonazepam), operating a motor vehicle while license id suspended or revoked and second-degree persistent felony offender.

•Charles Cann, 26 of Clarkson, was indicted for manufacturing methamphetamine.

•Deno Logsdon, 44 of Clarkson, was indicted for third-degree burglary, unlawful possession of methamphetamine precursor, prescription for a controlled substance not in original container and first-degree persistent felony offender.

•Brian Willis, 29 of Clarkson, was indicted for third- degree burglary unlawful possession of methamphetamine precursor and first-degree persistent felony offender.

•James S. Keeling, 24 of Leitchfield, was indicted for first-degree sexual abuse and second-degree persistent felony offender

•Charles L. Allen, 41 of Beaver Dam, was indicted for third degree assault, third-degree terroristic threatening, resisting arrest, fourth-degree assault

•Jason Floyd, 26 of Clarkson, was indicted manufacturing methamphetamine, first-degree possession of controlled substance (methamphetamine), possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, second-degree possession of a controlled substance (buprenorphine).

•Stephanie Raypole, 40 of Fairdale, was indicted for manufacturing methamphetamine

•Tina Hicks, 24 of Leitchfield, was indicted for receiving stolen property valued at more then $500 but less than $ 10,000 and receiving stolen property-firearm.

•Jennifer l. Nelson, 27 of Leitchfield, was indicted for first-degree possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine), second-degree possession of a controlled substance (hydrocodone), third-degree of a controlled substance (Tramadol, clonazepam), possession of marijuana and theft by unlawful taking.

•Brian l. Keown, 30 of Clarkson, was indicted for two counts of flagrant non-support.

•Andrew Gibson, 30 of Leitchfield, was indicted for flagrant non-support

•Joey D. Childress, 35 of Leitchfield, was indicted for flagrant non-support

•Ricky Hicks, 21 of Leitchfield, for first-degree burglary, third-degree burglary, theft by unlawful taking/property valued at more then $500 and theft by unlawful taking/ firearm.
