He was a native of National City, California and was a retired Logistics Engineer with the Civil Service. He was an Army veteran of the Viet Nam War, a member of the VFW and the Falls of the Rough Baptist Church.
He is survived by his wife, Carla Wade Hosack; his brother, John Hosack; his sister-in-law, Cheri Haney (Tom); his niece, Tracey Lahr (D. J.)) and five great nieces and nephews.
A memorial service to honor his life will be 2:00 P.M. Wednesday at Hilltop Christian Fellowship, 10486 South 105, Harned, Kentucky.
