A Clarkson mother was arrested and charged by local authorities on Wednesday for manufacturing meth out of her home.
According to Grayson County Sheriff Detective Terry Blanton, Latasha Clark, 26, Clarkson, was charged on December 9 with manufacturing methamphetamine first offense.
Through an investigation by the department, ingredients and equipment used to manufacture meth were found in the home.
Blanton said children were discovered inside Clark's residence at the time of the arrest. Family services was alerted and according to Blanton, the children were turned over to the custody of another legal guardian.
Clark is being housed in the Grayson County Detention Center women's annex on a $25,000 cash bond.
