Volunteers with Leitchfield United Methodist Church took advantage of the sunny day on November 6 to collect items for the Fellowship Thrift Shop. The purpose of the effort was to restock the shelves for the thrift shop, which will be reopening in January 2009. Right now the shop is closed for the Christmas Shop Angel Tree experience, allowing needs-based children the chance to get gifts for their parents for Christmas.
