Grand jury indicts 13

The Grayson County Grand Jury returned 13 indictments during the first session in the new judicial building, July 7.

• Aaron Duford, 27, was indicted for ten counts of first degree sodomy with a victim less than 12 years of age.

• Clifton Duggins, 30, of Caneyville, was indicted for manufacturing methamphetamine and failure to register/transfer of motor vehicle.

• James Kerr, 39, of Falls of Rough, was indicted for manufacturing methamphetamine and possession of marijuana.

• Dennis Bounds, 55, of Leitchfield, was indicted for manufacturing methamphetamine, first-degree possession of a controlled substance, unlawful possession of methamphetamine precursor and possession of drug paraphernalia.

• James Fletcher, Jr., 42, was indicted for second-degree assault and persistent felony offender.

• Michael Miller, 45, of Hardinsburg, was indicted for rear license not illuminated, second offense operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol or drugs, second offense driving with a DUI suspended license, violation of Kentucky EPO/DVO, possession of an open alcohol beverage container in a motor vehicle.

• M. Kyle Blankenship, 24, of Brownsville was indicted for first-degree possession of the controlled substance oxycodone enhanced by possession of a firearm, first-degree possession of the controlled substance cocaine enhanced by possession of a firearm, first-degree possession of the controlled substance hydrocodone enhanced by possession of a firearm, possession of drug paraphernalia second offense enhanced by possession of a firearm, trafficking in marijuana less than eight ounces enhanced by possession of a firearm and failure to wear a seatbelt.

• Steven Williams, 27, of Leitchfield was indicted for third-degree burglary, receiving stolen property valued at $300 or more and persistent felony offender.

• Sandra Decker, 46, of Leitchfield was indicted for first-degree possession of the controlled substance methamphetamine, unlawful possession of methamphetamine precursor, possession of drug paraphernalia second offense.

• Terry Clark, 40, of Leitchifeld was indicted for receiving stolen property valued at $300 or more.

• Janice Cox, 36, of Falls of Rough, was indicted for first degree trafficking in the controlled substance methamphetamine.

• Raymond Duff, 34, of Manchester, KY, was indicted for flagrant non-support for allegedly not providing support for his minor children.

• Brittany L. Coats, 24, of Brownsville, was indicted for flagrant non-support for allegedly not providing support for her minor children.
