Mrs. Grubb was an active member of the Meade County Senior Citizens.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Joseph G. and Elsie M. Johnston Higdon; and her Husband, Alexander Grubb on December 17, 1985.
Mrs. Grubb is survived by six children, Vanessa Suffoletta, Louisville, Monica Sue (Kevin) Spratt, Taylorsville, Ky., Karen (Doug) Stiff, Pamela (Larry) Simpson, both of Brandenburg, Alexander Grubb, Jr. of Etowah, NC, and Bryant (Jeannie) Grubb, Mt. Washington, Ky., two Brothers, Layman Higdon, IN, and Daymond Higdon, both of Clarkson, Ky., five sisters, Louise Vaughn, Anna Jean White, Polly Daniel, Trensa Findley, all of Louisville, and Janie Schimmels, Big Clifty, Ky. Also surviving are nine grandchildren and eight great–grandchildren.
A mass of Christian burial will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, from St. John the Apostle Catholic Church in Brandenburg.
Burial in St. George Cemetery.
