Mr. Gatti’s is victim of theft

Another local business in town has been broken into, leaving the police looking for clues to the burglary.

Mr. Gattis pizza, located on 259 South Main Street in Leitchfield, was broken into early on the morning of May 18.

Leitchfield Police Detective Gary Troutman explained that an undetermined amount of money was taken from the business.

“Someone entered the building Sunday night, early Monday morning,” Troutman said.

LPD is conducting an investigation into the theft.

Officers dispatched out to the burglary were Greg Whobrey and Kevin Smith.
