According to KSP Detective Jason Propes, an unknown male and female kidnapped Moon on the morning of May 18. He was forced to drive to his residence where they robbed him at gunpoint.
Moon was later released after the suspects stole items from his home. Propes explained that the suspects fled the residence in a dark colored Dodge van, and were last seen traveling towards Brownsville.
KSP is looking for a white male in his late 30’s to mid 40’s. The male is about 5’9 and weighs 180-200 lbs with short gray hair.
The female is described as a white female in her mid 30’s. She weighs about 150-180 lbs with blonde hair.
