He was born January 3, 1942 in Muncie, IN, the son of John and Leatta Conrad. He was a retired machinist, and a U.S. Army veteran.
He is survived by a son, Daniel Conrad (Shannon Tuggle) of Pine Knob; a step-son, Mike Caldwell of Louisville, Ky.; and a grandson, Thomas Anthony Hatfield.
Cremation was chosen.
A memorial service will be held Sunday, April 26, 2009 at 1:00 p.m. at the Pine Knob Pavilion.
The Dermitt Funeral Home in Caneyville is in charge of the arrangements.
