Grand Jury indicts thirteen

The Grayson County Grand Jury indicted 13 during their April 6 session.

• Nicholas Isham, 20, of Leitchfield was indicted for first-degree burglary, two counts of second burglary and theft by unlawful taking.

• Kevin Poole, 48, of Leitchfield, was indicted for second-degree burglary, and second-degree assault.

• Joshua Humes, 23, of Leitchfield, was indicted for third-degree burglary and theft by unlawful taking.

• Darien Keith, 18, of Leitchfield, was indicted for third-degree burglary, theft by unlawful taking and first-degree burglary.

• Rexil Barton, 58, of Caneyville, was indicted for trafficking marijuana more than eight ounces and less than five pounds, enhanced by possession of a firearm and possession of drug paraphernalia.

• Phillip Lee, 34, of Leitchfield, was indicted for seven counts of second degree-criminal possession of a forged instrument.

• Kristy Felty, 30, was indicted for second-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument and persistent felony offender.

• Megan Poole, 32, of Caneyville, was indicted for second-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument.

• Darrell Burden, 44, of Rough River, was indicted for first-degree possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and operating a motor vehicle while license is revoked or suspended for driving under the influence.

• Robert Burden, 38, of Rough River, was indicted for manufacturing methamphetamine, first-degree possession of a controlled substance, first offense drug paraphernalia (methamphetamine), possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana, first degree persistent felony offender.

• Phyllis Dales, 29, of Leitchfield was indicted for tampering with physical evidence, second offense possession of drug paraphernalia and second degree persistent felony offender.

• Crystal Jones, 32, of Leitchfield was indicted for tampering with physical evidence, second offense possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana.

• Wendell Powell, 51, of Clarkson, was indicted of possession of a handgun by a convicted felon.
