She was born June 13, 1917 in Grayson County, the daughter of Henry Walter and Leona Mae Stewart.
She was preceded in death by her husband, William Robert Vincent, Four sons, Alva Ray, Herman Lee, Wendell, and Edwin Ross Vincent, and two brothers, Elbert Ransom and Everett Russell Stewart.
Survivors include, two sons, William Floyd Vincent (LaVerne) of Falls of Rough, Ky. and Everett Roger Vincent (Barbara) of Louisville, Ky.; four daughters, Corenia Sizemore (Bill) of Louisville, Joyce Vincent (Charles Robertson) of Louisville, Sherry Gail Williams (Joe) of Horse Branch, and Chris Woodcock (Vic) of Louisville; two sisters, Mary Alice Cockerel and Oressa Mae Lampton, both of Louisville. Also surviving are 28 grandchildren, 40 great-grandchildren, and 11 great-great grandchildren.
Funeral services were held Tuesday April 7, 2009 at the Watson & Hunt Funeral Chapel, in Leitchfield, with Bro. Joe Williams officiating.
Burial was in the Clarkson Cemetery.
