Trick-or-treaters of the sweet and spooky varieties were out and about at the many Halloween activities across the county on Wednesday. Various trunk-or-treats, the Halloween Safespot, local schools and businesses and neighborhoods county-wide were bustling with kids dressed in their favorite costumes.
