Grayson County Grand Jury indicts three

The Grayson County Grand jury handed down three indictments during the March session.

• Kevin Henning, 25, of Hardinsburg, was indicted for theft by failing to make the required disposition of property valued at $300 or more. He was charged for allegedly acquiring a sum of money, which was the property of Kenny Jeanette after agreeing to replace sections of metal roofing, and he allegedly intentionally failed to make the required repairs.

• Vestill Griffin, Jr, 36 of Leitchfield was indicted for possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine), possession f drug paraphernalia, and persistent felony offender.

Griffin was arrested on January 20, for allegedly having in his possession methamphetamine and other drug paraphernalia.

• Adam Woosley, 30, of Caneyville was indicted for receiving stolen property valued at $300 or more after he was charged for allegedly having in his possession assorted jewelry which had been stolen from Shirley Oller.
