A Leitchfield man faces a criminal charge after allegedly hitting a woman with his car.
Jonathan Foreman, 25, is charged with assault 4th Degree — domestic violence. He was being held in the Grayson County Detention Center early Tuesday, awaiting a court appearance. No bond had been set.
Leitchfield police officers were called to an address on West Chestnut Street at about 4 a.m. Monday, Sept. 10, for a domestic violence incident.
A woman there, whose identity is not being released, identified, claimed Foreman hit her with his vehicle while leaving the residence.
The woman was taken to Twin Lakes Regional Medical Center by ambulance for treatment. No information on her condition was available Tuesday morning.
