Grand jury indicts four

The Grayson County Grand Jury returned four indictments during the February 3 session.

• Daniel Mudd, 36, of Claggett Road, was indicted for manufacturing methamphetamine, first degree trafficking in a controlled substance (methamphetamine), second offense possession of drug paraphernalia, unlawful possession of methamphetamine precursor first offense, possession of marijuana and persistent felony offense. Mudd was charged on December 17 for allegedly having in his possession chemical or equipment used to manufacture meth and other drug paraphernalia.

• Lindsey Decker, 19, of Old Leitchfield Road, was indicted for theft by unlawful taking of property valued at $300 or more. Decker allegedly took a sum of money that belonged to Traderbakers.

• Amy Carter, 26, of Claggett Road, was indicted for manufacturing methamphetamine, first degree possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine), possession of drug paraphernalia, unlawful possession of methamphetamine precursor first offense, possession of marijuana. Carter was arrested on December 17 for allegedly had methamphetamine and other drug paraphernalia in her possession.

•Richard Cook, 29, of Salt River Road was indicted for two counts of possession of a handgun by a convicted felon. Cook alleged had a .45 caliber Connecticut black powder revolver and a .22 caliber Intratec TEC 22 semiautomatic handgun in his possession in December 2008.
