On Tuesday, August 7, 2012, Doris Rebecca Claypool, age 77, found joyful rest in the arms of her Heavenly Father
Born on July 31, 1935 to Holt Alexander and Lillian Price Spencer, Doris lived out her life as a devoted wife of 56 years, a stay-at-home mother, and a Christian disciple.
Doris was preceded in death by her husband, Gerald Claypool, and is survived by her children, Mark Claypool and Kelli White, as well as six grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
In light of her cremation, a memorial service will be held in her honor on Friday, August 10 at the meeting place of the Clinton Street Church of Christ.
