Robert Thomas “Bob” Frank, 69, of Leitchfield, passed away Thursday, June 28, 2012, at the Twin Lakes Regional Medical Center in Leitchfield.

He was born on Sept. 8, 1952, in Leitchfield, the son of the late William Thomas Frank, and Lucille Buckler Frank.

He was a loving father, brother and son. Bob was an avid hunter and outdoorsman. He was a member of Bucksnort Gun Club, the Kentucky Rifleman Association, and was a member of the Broadway Missionary Baptist Church.

He is survived by his mother, Lucille Frank of Leitchfield; one son, William Frank of Bowling Green; three daughters, Angela Wright (Keith) of Caneyville, Stephanie Grant of Boca Raton, Fla., and Andrea Mayer (Jim) of St. Louis, Mo.; one sister, Carolyn Frank Tapp of Leitchfield; and five grandchildren, Haley Wright, Keyersten Grant, Whitney Frank, Dillon Mayer, and Logan Mayer.

He was preceded in death by his father, William Thomas Frank, and his grandparents, Raymond and Nora Frank and Flora and Sam Buckler.

Funeral services were at 2 p.m. Sunday, July 1, at Dermitt Funeral Home in Leitchfield. Bro. Fred Whitmore officiated. Burial was in the Fairview Cemetery.
