Food, floats and fun will take over the streets of Big Clifty on Saturday, June 9, for the annual East Grayson County Day Celebration.

The activities will kick off at 8 a.m. with a community breakfast at the East Grayson County Fire Department firehouse, just off Highway 62 in Big Clifty.

The annual parade will step off at 10 a.m., followed by games and children’s activities at 11 a.m.

Other events include a car show starting at 8 a.m.; a corn hole tournament at 11 a.m.; a helicopter landing at noon; a 3-on-3 basketball tournament at 1 p.m., followed by a three-point shootout; a community dinner at 2 p.m.; and a cakewalk and farm rescue demonstrations in the afternoon.

Also planned are craft and merchandise sales, and a concert by the Rockin’ Country band from Louisville.
