She was born September 28, 1939. She was disabled, and was a member of St. Paul Catholic Church.
She is survived by her husband, Sammy Clark of Leitchfield; one son, Gordon (Samantha) Alvey of Irvington, Ky.; one daughter, Tammy (Darrin) Benton of Drakesboro, Ky.; three brothers, Ronald Smith, Paul Linder and Dennis Linder, all of Munfordville, Ky.; one sister, Ora Mae Taylor of Cub Run, Ky.; and a special friend, Barbara Tilford of Big Clifty, Ky. Also surviving: five grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Odie and Ollie Dennis Smith; and one brother, Curtis Smith.
Funeral services will be at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, January 24, 2009 at St. Paul Catholic Church with Rev. Martin E. Hayes officiating.
Burial will be in the St. Paul Cemetery.
Friends may call at Rogers-Oller Funeral Home, in Clarkson, from 2:00-8:00 p.m. Friday.
Prayer services will be at 6:00 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
