He was a retired engineer and a member of St. Paul Church.
He was born October 19, 1958 in Jefferson County, the son of Loyd and Margaret Higdon Milliner.
He is survived by his parents; five children, Beth Johnson, of Leitchfield, Amantha Milliner, Adam Milliner, and Jason Milliner, all of Clarkson, and Cristy Milliner, of Leitchfield; one step-son, Christopher Myers, of Eastview.
Other survivors include his five grandchildren, two sisters, Tammy Overton, of Virginia, and Lori Davis, of Louisville and his brother, Darrick Milliner, of Big Clifty.
Visitation will continue at 9 a.m. Friday until time of service at the church.
Funeral services will be at 1 PM Friday, August 19, 2011 at St. Paul Catholic Church with Rev. Brian Johnson officiating. Burial to follow in St. Mary's Cemetery in Big Clifty.
