I want to express my thanks and appreciation to Deputy Sheriff Bryan Hammons who went out of his way to help me and my wife on Christmas Eve. We were traveling on Bluegrass Parkway when we hit a piece of metal in the roadway causing the front tire to blow out. Deputy Hammons pulled up to assist and made calls from his cell phone to find a shop (Terry's Towing) that could fix the tire. He not only made the calls but then had us follow him while he drove miles out of his way to the shop where Terry fixed our tire. We really appreciate the assistance and Deputy Hammons going above and beyond what anyone could expect to help some out of town strangers. Because of Deputy Hammons, we had a very good Christmas. Without his help it would not have been a happy holiday. Thank you Deputy Hammons!
