Grand Jury indicts nine

The Grayson County Grand Jury indicted nine in the October session.

• Billybob Jesus O’Neill, 25, of Leitchfield was indicted for third degree rape. O’Neill was charged with allegedly engaging in sexual intercourse with a person less than 16 years of age.

• Cory Beasley, 21, of Morgantown, was indicted for six counts of second-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument and theft by unlawful taking. He was arrested when he allegedly possessed six forged checks drawn from the account of Edith Peterson in July.  He was also charged with theft by unlawful taking- gasoline when he allegedly drove off without paying after pumping gasoline at Parkway Marathon.

• Helen Miller, 63 of Clarkson, was indicted for cultivating five or more marijuana plants, enhanced by possession of a firearm, trafficking in more than eight ounces less than five pounds, enhanced by possession of a firearm and possession of drug paraphernalia, enhanced by possession of a firearm. Miller was arrested for allegedly cultivating marijuana for the purpose of sale and possession of drug paraphernalia while in possession of one or more firearms. 

• Matthew Young, 24, of Monroe, Michigan, was indicted for failure to make required disposition of property valued at $300 or more. He was arrested allegedly obtained a sum of money that was the property of Jim Finley upon the agreement to sell a set of drywall tools and he allegedly intentionally failed to make the required disposition of the tools.

• Brandon Dewitt, 22, of Leitchfield, was indicted for two counts of flagrant nonsupport when he allegedly failed to provide child support for his minor children.

• Robert Bradley, 33, of Leitchfield, was indicted for flagrant nonsupport when he allegedly failed to provide child support for his minor child.

• Anthony T. James, Sr., 44, of Elizabethtown, was indicted for flagrant nonsupport when he allegedly failed to provide child support for his minor children.

• Randall Beasley, 22, of Caneyville, was indicted for flagrant nonsupport when he allegedly failed to provide child support for his minor child.

• Travis Google, 29, of McDaniels, was indicted for flagrant nonsupport when he allegedly failed to provide child support for his minor child.
