She was born September 26, 1930 in Illinois, the daughter of George Hillary and Ruby (Williams) Prewitt. She was a member of the Clinton Street Church of Christ, and a homemaker.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Bennie Hack; two sisters, her twin Jo Osborne, and Corine Napier.
Funeral services will be at 1:00 p.m. Wednesday, July 23, 2008 at the Clinton Street Church of Christ in Leitchfield, with Mark Claypool officiating.
Burial will be in the New Harmony Cemetery.
Dermitt Funeral Home, in Leitchfield, is in charge of the arrangements.
Friends may call at the Church from 9:00 a.m. Wednesday until time of services.
