She was a homemaker and retired nurse. She was a member of Murray First Baptist Church.
She is survived by one daughter, Carol Ann Taylor (Jim) of Murray; and one granddaughter, Tracy Ainley (Roger) of Dallas, Texas.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Talmadge Lindsey and Olis Alexander Lindsey.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday, April 13, 2008 at Patton Funeral Home Brownsville Chapel.
Visitation from 2-8 p.m. Saturday, and from 9 a.m. until time of service on Sunday at the funeral home.
Burial will be in the Alexander Cemetery.
