Grayson County senior Candace Skaggs signed a Letter of Intent last Wednesday to attend Brescia University, in Owensboro, where she will play tennis for the Bearcats. Seated alongside Skaggs were GCHS Tennis Coach Sherry Vincent, and Brescia Coach Jack Etchison.
