The Cougar tennis teams have found success in the early part of the season with both the boys’ and girls’ team moving out to winning records after matches last week.

On Friday, March 28, the Cougars hosted Frederick Fraize, of Cloverport. The boys won their match 9-0, while the girls took an 8-1 decision.

On Saturday, March 29, the Cougar teams traveled to London’s Asbury College courts for a pair of matches against West Jessamine and North Laurel. The girls picked up 9-0 wins against both teams, while the boys split their matches. The Cougars beat North Laurel 5-4, while they lost to the West Jessamine Colts 4-5.

On Tuesday, April 1, the Cougars traveled to Muhlenberg North for matches against the Stars. The girls won their match 9-0 while the boys won 8-1. The Lady Cougars now have a 5-1 record for the year while the Cougars stand at 4-2.
