He was born November 20, 1910. He was a retired Truck Driver, and a member of Eveleigh Cumberland Presbyterian Church.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Eva Galloway; and his parents, James Edmon and Cordia Ramsey Galloway.
He is survived by one daughter, Helen Galloway of Leitchfield; one son, Nelson Galloway of Leitchfield; three granddaughters, Katrina Best of Springhill, FL, Deena Higdon and Linel Galloway, both of Leitchfield; two grandsons, Joe Higdon and Keith Galloway, both of Leitchfield; great-granddaughter, Amanda Jo Higdon of Leitchfield; and great-grandson, James David Riley Higdon of Leitchfield.
Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. Wednesday, April 2, 2008 at Watkins-Oller Funeral Home, in Leitchfield, with Bro. George Langdon and Bro. Murrell Meredith officiating.
Burial will be in the Eveleigh Cemetery.
