The Grayson County Grand Jury returned 11 indictments during the March session including two for using a child in sexual acts, a rape indictment and the abuse of a senior citizen.
• Jonathan W. Noe, 27, of Leitchfield was indicted for use of a minor under the age of 16 in a sexual performance and possession of matter portraying a sexual performance of a minor. Noe was charged with these offenses when he allegedly had in his possession computer graphic files, photo and video, which showed sexual performances by a three-year-old child.
• Amber B. Carr, 25, of Clarkson, was indicted with first-degree sexual abuse with a victim less than 12 years of age and possession of matter portraying a sexual performance of a minor.
Carr was charged with these offenses when she allegedly had in her possession computer graphic files, photo and video, which showed sexual performances by a three-year-old child.
• Regina McLaurin, 38, of Leitchfield, was indicted for knowingly abusing/neglecting of adult when she allegedly kicked and punched Waltrued Hoffman, causing her physical pain and injury while acting as her caregiver.
• Roger S. King, Jr., Was indicted for three counts of third degree rape of a child 13 years-old, and four counts of third-degree sodomy when he allegedly engaged in sexual intercourse with a child less than 16 years old.
• Andrew Strausburger, 22, of Caneyville, was indicted for first degree burglary, theft by unlawful taking or disposition of a firearm, criminal mischief and intimidating a participant in a legal process.
Strausburger was charged with the burglary offense when he allegedly burglarized the residence of Mark Anders while armed with a firearm.
He is accused of taking one or more firearms which were the property of Sanders and allegedly destroying or damaging the property belonging to Sanders.
The indictment indicates Strausburger also threatened to harm Sanders if he gave the police information about these crimes.
• James Allen, 35, of Clarkson, was indicted with second-degree assault and being a persistent felon when he allegedly stabbed Starr Allen with a knife.
• Charles A. Clemons, 26, of Leitchfield, was charged with his fourth offense of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol or drugs, operating a motor vehicle while his license was revoked or suspended for driving under the influence, failure of owner to maintain required insurance and no or expired registration plate.
• Craig L. Meredith, 27, of Cub Run, was indicted for first degree possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine), second degree possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
• Lisa Hodge, 41, of Leitchfield, first degree unlawful possession of methanphetamine precursor and second-degree felony offender.
Hodge allegedly had in her possession pseudoephedrine with the intent to use the precursor to manufacture methamphetamine. She also had been charged with previous felony convictions.
• Doris J. Epperson, 35, of Elizabethtown, was indicted for flagrant nonsupport for allegedly not paying child support for her minor child.
• Jerry J. Whitehead, 29, of Louisville, was indicted for flagrant nonsupport for allegedly failing to provide child support for his minor child.
