He was born August 29, 1959. He was a Concrete Finisher.
He is survived by his wife, Teresa O'Neal of Leitchfield; one daughter, Susie O'Neal of Big Clifty, Ky.; three sons, J. W. (Penny) O'Neal of Leitchfield, Marty (Melissa) Childress of Leitchfield, and J.T. (Connie) Childress of Leitchfield; his father, Wayburn O'Neal of Clarkson, Ky.; one brother, Mark O'Neal of Clarkson; three sisters, Elaine Perryman of Louisville, Ky., Vickie Kelley of Clarkson, and Billy O'Neal of Caneyville, Ky. Also surviving are 13 grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by mother, Evelyn Cox O'Neal.
Funeral services were held Tuesday, February 12, 2008 at Rogers-Oller Funeral Home, in Clarkson, with Bro. Wayne Clemons officiating.
Cremation was chosen.
