Grand Jury indicts two

The Grayson County Grand Jury indicted Roger S. King on third degree burglary charges during the January session on Monday January 7.

King, 21, of 327 N Patterson Street, Clarkson, was charged with burglary and theft by unlawful taking or disposition of property after he was arrested for burglarizing Escue Wood Preserving on July 31, 2007.

He was charged with taking radios and charges valuing more than $300. belonging to the Millwood company.

Jonathan Hayes, 28, of Yeaddiss, Kentucky, was also indicted by the January Grand Jury. Hayes was charged with flagrant nonsupport for failing to child support for his minor child.
