She was born October 12, 1917. She was a housewife, and a member of Lone Oak Missionary Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 50 years, Robert L. Carby; and her second husband, Enlow Dennis.
She is survived by two sons, Carlos Lee Carby of Hudson, Ky. and James Robert Carby of Clarkson; two daughters, Jeanetta (Roger) Clemons of Clarkson and Debra Lynn (James) Fair of Leitchfield. Also surviving are 12 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
Funeral services were held Monday, December 24, 2007 at Lone Oak Missionary Baptist Church with Bro. Abb Stanton officiating.
Burial was in the New Lone Oak Cemetery.
Rogers-Oller Funeral Home, in Clarkson, was in charge of the arrangements.
