He was born September 7, 1919. He was a member of St. Paul Catholic Church, WWII Veteran and a member of DAV. He was retired from the Maintenance Dept. at Transit Authority of River city.
He is survived by his wife, Anna Johnson of Leitchfield; three sons, Ronald (Mona) Johnson of Clarkson, Ky., David (Kathy) Johnson of Louisville, Ky., and Daniel (Sherry) Johnson of Borden, Indiana; one daughter, Judy (Steve) Summers of Leitchfield; six grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, John Robert and Cora Clark Johnson; and one son, Larry Patrick Johnson.
Funeral services were held Saturday, December 22, 2007 at St. Paul Catholic Church with Rev. Martin E. Hayes officiating.
Burial was in the St. Paul Cemetery.
Rogers-Oller Funeral Home was in charge of the arrangements.
