William F. Kirkpatrick, 35 of Silverton, Ohio; Vincent D. Twyman, 48 of Cincinnati, Ohio; and Sylvester L. Allen, 28, also of Cincinnati, were all indicted by the grand jury on the marijuana charges after they where stopped during a routine speed patrol on October 22 on the Western Kentucky Parkway.
