He was born in Sadler, Ky.
He is preceded in death by his parents, George and Effie Hack.
He is survived by his wife, Marilyn Hack; two daughters, Francis of Indiana; Linda of Michigan; one son, Jeff Hack of California; one brother, Roy Hack of Leitchfield, Ky.; three sisters, Hazel Stone, Lorraine Lyons and Elane Caudiee of New Haven, IN.
Burial was in California.
Mt. Valley Memorial Park in Joshua Tree, CA.; were in charge of funeral arrangements.
