Lee's platform entails on the basis of family involvement and protection of the family. Lee jokes in saying he feels very lucky in life to have a best friend for a life partner.

“Tami is a great person, we have been married now for 21 years,” explained Lee. “I tell everyone I was lucky to have found someone like her. I must have been able to catch her on the rebound.”

Some of the endorsers for Stan Lee are the Right to Life foundation, Kentucky Club For Growth, and State Senator Ken Winters.

Attendees for the Leitchfield visit included Grayson County Circuit Court Clerk Elois Downs, Grayson County Solid Waste Coordinator and Special Deputy Brenis Hudson (Hudson stood in for Sheriff Rick Clemons who was out of town), and Head Start Director Cathy Darst.
